Quien Soy Yo



I am a daughter, a sister of four
       This is my oldest bother his wife and grandson



  This is my sister, she was born after me.
 


  This is my little bother the youngest of all four of us.


I am a wife that has been married for 16 years. 
 


This is my husband and my son.




I am a mother of two wonderful sons.  They are my sun and my moon.  They are very different from each other.  The oldest did not give me any problem as he was growing up.  But the youngest was totally the opposite.  Still at this moment he gives me problems going to school.  But as a mom I will never give up on them.

I became a mother-in-law on May 24, 2015.  At first, I have to admit I really did not want for them to get married, but I told my son that I would back him up so they would have my blessing.  So now I have a daughter that became my angle that is taking care of my son.

My daughter-n-law name is Lauren.






Thanks to them I am a grandmother of my first beautiful year and half old baby.  Her name is Paige Yvonne Valdez.  She is my pride and joy, she is my sunshine.  She is always doing silly things and always smiling. I try to be with her as much as I can.   Since I’m working and going to school it is kind of hard for me to see her. 

                                                  
                           
          




I am a that has been blessed with a fabulous family.  Yo soy una persona que es bedesida por una familia fabulosa.  I am a person that my family, friends, co-workers and neighbors can depend on. I'm also a person that is a counselor to my sons friends, neighbors, and anyone that can come with me.  I want to thank you, you have open my ideas, my thoughts, and my opinion of thinking how the world should be.  I never believed that this class would help me in the ideas that I had of the world.  I'm also a person that hates to hear bad news that is why I don't see the news.  I prefer to see movies with my family of comedy, cartoons, action and many others.  If course I love football.  My team is Dallas Cowboys.  I get to watch it with my sons or son Josh.

Lincoln Park             When I parked at the Lincoln Park I never imagine all the beauty of that park.   I step down my car and started walking around and saw so much feeling, spirit, passion and so much work put into something they love.   This park is a treasure of memories that people have put in art so that we can enjoy.   I saw very little representation of the Chicanas in this park there were about eight of them. Transgender             As I been taking this class, I have learned a lot about how white people have more benefits than any other race.   I have also learned how people of color have had their lives ruin by white people that think they deserve everything.   I also learned how the Latinos paint with all their hearts.   How they do everything with love.   But the saddest thing of all is how Whites, Mexican, Chinese, Asian, or any kind of race treats the transgender.
